Renewal AFH provides an inclusive care environment welcoming individuals of all ages—not just seniors. We ensure everyone experiences dignity, warmth, and exceptional support at every stage of life.

Assisted Living

At costs ranging from $4,000- $12,000 for Medicaid or Private pay (or both!), Assisted living in our Adult Family Home is a great choice for someone who needs help with the activities of daily living, such as eating, grooming help and bathing. We also offer respite care (short-term stays).

Memory Care

Our Home is specialized in Memory care to help loved ones living with Alzheimers or other dementias. Learning the needs of each residents helps us customize their care and live their lives with respect and dignity.

Independent Living

For residents who want to enjoy the community we build at Renewal but do not regular assistance with their daily living, we offer shared room options for $4,000 with free meals, cleaning, and daily coordinated activities such as gardening, sing along and game nights.

Hospice

Hospice care helps provide comfort to your loved ones in their last days. Our care team is dedicated to keeping them as comfortable as possible.

DDA

Developmental Disabilities Administration care provides a safe environment that champions their independence, dignity, and well-being. Renewal AFH's approach blends individualized care planning with hands-on support and community engagement to ensure each person thrives in a supportive, family-like setting.

Nurse Delegated

Our adult family home proudly offers expert insulin management, precise medication administration, and all other care mandated by Washington State for Adult Family Home delegation.
